Bayou a PO Boy!

I would like to introduce a new Food Truck concept in the Northeast Florida Area, Bayou a PO’ Boy! My name is Marie, and I am interested in partnering with various local businesses to provide a Lunch or Dinner option for your employees and/or provide a unique marketing or service opportunity for your business. My concept is traditional and unique Cajun and Southern Foods. I am originally from South Louisiana but have been a NE Florida resident for over 23 years. Please let me help you eat great food and experience Louisiana! My Food Truck Menu includes favorites, like; • Fried Shrimp, Smoked Andouille Sausage with Smothered Onions, Fried Catfish, and Alligator Tail PO Boys! • Seasonal Cajun Favorites will include; Chicken & Sausage or Seafood Gumbo, Jambalaya, Dirty Rice, Red Beans & Rice, and Pork Grillades. • Our desserts will vary but include our Homemade Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce, Louisiana Beignets, Key Lime pie or Good Ole Southern Banana Pudding.
