A skilled and passionate culinary artist, Chef Justin specializes in the creation of unique bites inspired by the vibrant flavors of South Florida. Chef Justin developed an early love of cooking, citing his family restaurant and "old school Food Network" as seedlings in his career. Trained at the famed French Culinary Institute in NYC, he spent several years working in the top restaurants of Miami, honing his skills and developing his own unique style. In 2021, Chef Justin launched CSPOT Food Truck, driven by a desire to share his passion for cooking in his new home of North Florida. He spent months developing his menu, experimenting with different flavors until he had created a selection that combined local street flavor and culinary trends. Despite the long hours and hard work that comes with running a food truck, he never loses his passion for the craft, always striving to push the boundaries of what is possible with food.
