We are a smoked seafood and chicken food truck. We specialize in smoking most of our protein for our items. We have an award winning gumbo consisting of shrimp, chicken, crab, fish and sausage. We use only real crab in all of our dishes, even though our name suggests otherwise. Our chef, a Houston native, has been in the kitchen his whole life and worked over two decades in high end restaurants learning new thing along the way. We provide the best ingredients and all items made with love.
