Twisted Okie was established September 08, 2015 from a desire to share our Midwestern award-winning Barbeque and we are the only food truck in the Eastern states to offer an Oklahoma technique. Oklahoma BBQ is a combination of styles from many Midwestern states using meat like brisket and ribs and wood such as oak and hickory. Our sauces are similar to Kansas City and Memphis with their tomato-based, sweet & tangy flavors so it is not as vinegary as some, or as saucy as others. Twisted Okie offers smoked pork, chicken, brisket, sausage, and spareribs dusted in a dry rub and then derived into many different options.
