Island Girl Seafood is an award-winning, gourmet food truck specializing in amazing seafood. We were recently named one of Jacksonville's top food trucks for 2019. Our Coconut Shrimp with Creole Marmalade won Best Shrimp and our Coconut Haddock Sandwich with Fresh Mango Salsa won Best Dish at the St. Augustine March 2019. This is the 7th time our Coconut Shrimp won Best Shrimp. Our Flaming Oysters and Blackened Haddock Sandwich have also won Best Dish at the event. We are known for our delicious grilled, blackened, coconut and fried shrimp, lobster, fish and scallops. Our Deep Fried Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze are a crowd favorite. We have vended in exclusive area events like The Players Championship or TPC, Welcome to Rockville, Jacksonville Jazz Festival, Sea and Sky Spectacular, The Warped Tour and more. We have also been at the Riverside Arts Market for the past 12 years. We also specialize in Amazing Fried Cheese Balls. We offer Brie with Raspberry Preserves, Mozzarella with Marinara, Goat Cheese with Balsamic Glaze, Smoked Gouda with Marinara, Pepper Jack with Ranch. We will gladly add your favorite cheese to the mix. Brie Fries with Truffle Oil are a fan favorite. We also offer Hawaiian Shave Ice, Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Cookies and Cotton Candy. We have been in the mobile food business for over 20 years, so we can make just about anything.
