We are a new Japanese food truck rolling out to our hometown of Jacksonville. With over 25 year of experience as a Teppanyaki Chef in local Japanese restaurants Chef Loui will not leave your taste buds disappointed! Enjoy traditional Teppanyaki and Teriyaki as well as Ramen noodle soup with our own special touch. We look forward to this journey and can't wait to help Jacksonville satisfy their Japanese cravings.
