How do Premium events and catering requests work?
Premium events are different types of catering or other one-time events, that only Premium and Elite members can access. As a Premium or Elite member, you will get access to such events as soon as the request is validated by us, and you will have a limited time to apply. There are no other fees for these events.
Do you take a percentage of our revenue from an event?
NO. All the revenue comes directly to you and we don’t take a percentage. We only take a small fixed fee for corporate rotations and the monthly price for Premium and Elite memberships.
What are corporate office rotation requests?
Corporate office rotation requests are recurring food truck bookings made by office buildings, corporate or residential campuses, that want to bring a rotating variety of food trucks to their location — on a weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly schedule.
These events are organized to give employees/tenants exciting, on-site lunch options and boost workplace morale, without the hassle of traditional catering. Access to corporate rotations is free, but there is a small fixed fee that needs to be paid when you are accepted for such an event.
Do you manage the relationship with the client, or do we communicate directly?
It depends on the type of event:
Premium event requests (one-time events like weddings, parties, or private bookings): We manage the process up to the point where a match is confirmed between you and the client. After that, you’ll be in **direct contact with the client** to finalize logistics, menu details, and event specifics.
For Corporate Office Rotations (recurring events at business locations): We manage the ongoing relationship with the corporate client to ensure consistency, schedule coordination, and truck variety. You’ll receive all the necessary details from us before each rotation date.
In both cases, you are responsible for:
- Running your operations on-site during the event
- Collecting payments directly from the customer (we do not intermediate transactions)
- This model keeps things simple and transparent — you stay in control of your service, and we handle only the parts that streamline the booking experience.
