Freddy Loves Homegrown- Many of our raw ingredients our sourced in Jacksonville and North Florida. Freddy Has Serious Muscle- Jason Prevatt, Chef / Owner of Freddy Fingers is a Jacksonville native. Having spent the last 30 years working in major destinations around the world such as Miami, the U.K. and Europe, holding Executive Chef titles with luxury hotels like; Loews, Intercontinental, Hilton and Ponte Vedra Resorts.
