Sajima Onigiri

Book our food truck or catering services for any type of event. We offer nicer dinner options for weddings, but our food truck focuses on Japanese street food. Onigiri is our main selling point. Also called Omusubi, or Rice Balls, it is a ball of rice, wrapped and seaweed, and stuffed with different ingredients. We also have bento boxes and a Japanese curry bowl, that are best eaten immediately, but heat up really well for those who want to buy lunch for the next day.
