Yeast Coast Baking Compnay

Yeast Coast Baking Company is a mobile bakery centered around a hand made, wood fired oven. Our craft pizzas are baked at 900º, and our artisan breads are baked in the residual heat of the previous nights fire. As a member and patron of the communities we serve, we strive to use our talents and resources to connect our friends and neighbors to real, fresh foods. We source as much bounty as possible from Florida Farmers and Producers, and all of our creations are made from scratch and served on earth friendly disposables. Our mobile bakery is a fully licensed kitchen and we require no water or electric, making it possible to serve our craft pizzas and more, anywhere. For Catering, Parties, and Events, our menu is flexible and our possilities are endless. While our specialty is Pizzas, we take pride in our ability to create a variety of culture driven foods.
