Chef uses his love for his culture to prepare dishes that leave people feeling like they just experienced being in Tanzania Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients from recipes Ibrahim inherited from his mother and grandmother that he made his own. Ibrahim's homemade curry bursts with flavor making even the non curry lovers wanting to come back for more. The delicious sambusa (East African fried meat or veg patty) are a big hit at any event. We have been told chefs Piri Pir sauce is like no other , it has a smooth spicy flavor that leaves your taste buds satisfied.
